Fish Pose
Fish Pose, or Matsyasana, is a yoga posture that stretches the chest, neck, and spine. To perform this pose, lie on your back with your legs extended and feet together. Arch your back and lift your chest while resting the crown of your head on the floor. Your arms can be placed under your back or extended alongside your body.
This pose is often practiced to improve flexibility and open the heart area. It can also help relieve tension in the neck and shoulders. Fish Pose is commonly included in yoga sequences for its calming effects and ability to promote deep breathing.
