Feeding Methods
Feeding methods refer to the various ways in which food is provided to individuals, particularly in the context of infants and young children. Common methods include breastfeeding, where a mother feeds her baby directly from the breast, and bottle-feeding, which involves using a bottle filled with formula or expressed breast milk.
Another method is introducing solid foods, typically around six months of age, where parents offer pureed or mashed foods to help infants transition to a varied diet. Each method has its benefits and considerations, and parents often choose based on their circumstances and preferences.
