Extrusion Process
The extrusion process is a manufacturing technique used to create objects with a fixed cross-sectional profile. In this process, raw materials, often in the form of pellets or granules, are heated and forced through a die, which shapes the material into a continuous profile. This method is commonly used for materials like plastics, metals, and food products.
Once the material exits the die, it cools and solidifies into the desired shape. The extruded products can be cut to length and further processed or finished. This efficient method is widely used in industries such as construction, packaging, and automotive manufacturing.
