Exposure Bracketing
Exposure bracketing is a photography technique used to capture multiple images of the same scene at different exposure levels. This method helps ensure that at least one image is correctly exposed, especially in challenging lighting conditions. Photographers typically take three or more shots: one at the standard exposure, one overexposed, and one underexposed.
This technique is particularly useful in high-contrast situations, such as landscapes or scenes with bright highlights and deep shadows. By combining these images later in post-processing, photographers can create a final image with a balanced exposure, enhancing details in both the highlights and shadows.
