European Bream
The European Bream is a freshwater fish commonly found in rivers and lakes across Europe. It has a deep, laterally compressed body and can grow up to 50 centimeters in length. This species is known for its silver-gray color and distinctive dorsal fin, making it easily recognizable.
European Bream primarily feeds on benthic invertebrates, plant matter, and detritus. They are social fish, often found in schools, and are popular among anglers due to their size and fighting ability when caught. Their habitat preferences include slow-moving waters with plenty of vegetation.
