Emperor Go-Hanazono
Emperor Go-Hanazono was the 98th emperor of Japan, reigning from 1428 to 1464. He was born on March 18, 1419, and was a member of the Yamato dynasty. His reign is noted for the challenges posed by the Northern and Southern Courts conflict, which was a significant period of civil strife in Japan.
During his time as emperor, Go-Hanazono focused on restoring imperial authority and stability. He was known for his efforts to promote culture and the arts, as well as for his interest in Buddhism. After his abdication, he continued to influence Japanese politics and culture until his death on July 24, 1470.
