Element 114
Element 114, known as flerovium, is a synthetic element that was first created in 1998 by a team of Russian and American scientists. It is classified as a post-transition metal and is located in group 14 of the periodic table. Flerovium is highly unstable, with a very short half-life, making it difficult to study.
Due to its instability, only a few atoms of flerovium have been produced, and its properties are not well understood. It is expected to exhibit some characteristics similar to those of lead and tin, but its behavior remains largely theoretical due to the limited amount of research conducted on it.
