Dwejra
Dwejra is a picturesque coastal area located on the island of Gozo, part of the Malta archipelago. It is renowned for its stunning natural landscapes, including dramatic cliffs, clear blue waters, and unique rock formations. One of its most famous features was the Azure Window, a natural limestone arch that collapsed in 2017, but the area still offers breathtaking views and opportunities for outdoor activities.
The region is also home to the Dwejra Bay, which is popular for swimming, snorkeling, and diving. Visitors can explore the nearby Inland Sea, a lagoon connected to the Mediterranean Sea, and enjoy the rich biodiversity of the surrounding marine environment.
