Dreamettes
The Dreamettes were a popular American girl group formed in the early 1960s. They are best known for their soulful harmonies and energetic performances. The group originally consisted of three members: Diana Ross, Mary Wilson, and Florence Ballard. They gained fame for their unique sound and became a significant part of the Motown label's success.
In 1967, the Dreamettes changed their name to the Supremes and achieved massive commercial success. They released numerous hit songs, including "Stop! In the Name of Love" and "You Can't Hurry Love." The Supremes became one of the most successful female groups in music history, influencing many artists that followed.
