Draft Systems
Draft systems are setups used to serve beverages, primarily beer, from a keg. These systems typically include a keg, a CO2 tank, and a series of tubes that connect the keg to a tap. The CO2 tank pressurizes the keg, pushing the liquid through the lines and out of the tap, ensuring a fresh pour every time.
There are various types of draft systems, including direct draw and remote draw systems. Direct draw systems are often used in bars and restaurants where the keg is located close to the tap, while remote draw systems are used when the keg is stored further away, requiring longer lines to deliver the beverage.
