Dinosaur Behavior
Dinosaur behavior varied widely among different species. Some dinosaurs, like the Tyrannosaurus rex, were likely solitary hunters, while others, such as the Triceratops, may have lived in herds for protection against predators. Evidence from fossilized tracks suggests that some dinosaurs traveled in groups, indicating social behavior.
Additionally, many dinosaurs exhibited nesting behaviors similar to modern birds. Fossilized nests and eggs show that some species cared for their young after hatching. This parental care likely helped increase the survival rates of their offspring, demonstrating a complex social structure among certain dinosaur species.
