Dingos
Dingos are wild dogs native to Australia, known for their distinctive appearance and behavior. They have a lean, muscular build, with a short coat that can vary in color from sandy yellow to reddish-brown. Dingos are skilled hunters and primarily feed on small mammals, birds, and reptiles, playing an important role in their ecosystem.
These animals are believed to have descended from domesticated dogs brought to Australia by Aboriginal Australians thousands of years ago. Dingos are social creatures, often living in packs, and they communicate through a range of vocalizations, including howls, barks, and growls.
