Digital Color Models
Digital color models are systems used to represent colors in a digital format. The most common models include RGB, which stands for Red, Green, and Blue, and is used in screens and digital cameras. Another popular model is CMYK, which stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key (Black), primarily used in color printing.
These models define colors through combinations of primary colors. In the RGB model, colors are created by varying the intensity of red, green, and blue light. In contrast, the CMYK model subtracts colors from white light, mixing inks to produce a wide range of hues.
