Diamond Head Lighthouse
Diamond Head Lighthouse is a historic lighthouse located on the southeastern coast of Oahu, Hawaii. Built in 1899, it stands 55 feet tall and is situated on the edge of the Diamond Head volcanic crater. The lighthouse's light can be seen from 18 miles away, guiding ships safely into Honolulu Harbor.
The lighthouse is still operational and is maintained by the U.S. Coast Guard. It features a distinctive white tower with a red roof, making it a popular landmark for both tourists and locals. Visitors can enjoy scenic views of the coastline and the surrounding area from the nearby hiking trails.
