Dhikr
Dhikr is an Arabic term that means "remembrance." In Islamic practice, it refers to the act of remembering and praising Allah through specific phrases and prayers. This can be done silently or aloud, often involving the repetition of names of Allah, such as "Subhanallah" (Glory be to God), "Alhamdulillah" (Praise be to God), and "Allahu Akbar" (God is the Greatest).
Practicing Dhikr is believed to strengthen one's faith and connection to Allah. It can be performed individually or in groups, and is often accompanied by meditation or reflection. Many Muslims incorporate Dhikr into their daily routines as a way to cultivate mindfulness and spiritual awareness.
