Design Thinking Process
The Design Thinking Process is a user-centered approach to problem-solving that emphasizes understanding the needs of users. It typically consists of five stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. This iterative process encourages collaboration and creativity, allowing teams to explore various solutions and refine their ideas based on user feedback.
In the first stage, teams gather insights about users through observation and interviews. Next, they define the core problem to address. During the ideation phase, brainstorming sessions generate a wide range of ideas. Prototypes are then created to visualize solutions, followed by testing to gather user reactions and improve the design.
