Deming Cycle
The Deming Cycle, also known as the PDCA Cycle, is a continuous improvement model used in quality management. It consists of four stages: Plan, Do, Check, and Act. Organizations use this cycle to identify problems, implement solutions, and evaluate the results to enhance processes and products.
In the Plan stage, teams identify objectives and develop strategies. During the Do phase, they implement the plan on a small scale. The Check stage involves assessing the outcomes, while the Act phase focuses on making necessary adjustments. This iterative process promotes ongoing improvement and efficiency in various fields.
