Dejtonski mirovni sporazum
Dejtonski mirovni sporazum, also known as the Dayton Agreement, was signed in December 1995 to end the Bosnian War, which lasted from 1992 to 1995. The agreement was reached in Dayton, Ohio, and aimed to establish peace and a framework for governance in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The agreement created a complex political structure, dividing the country into two entities: the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republika Srpska. It also established a central government and outlined the rights of various ethnic groups, promoting cooperation among the Bosniaks, Croats, and Serbs.
