David Packouz
David Packouz is an American entrepreneur and former arms dealer, best known for his involvement in the controversial arms trade. He gained notoriety for his role in the 2008 film War Dogs, which is based on his life and his partnership with Efraim Diveroli. Together, they secured a $300 million contract to supply weapons to the U.S. military in Afghanistan.
Packouz was born on February 16, 1982, in St. Louis, Missouri. After his arms dealing career, he transitioned into the music industry and became a co-founder of the company BeatBuddy, which produces a drum machine for musicians.
