DMAIC
DMAIC is a structured problem-solving methodology used in Six Sigma to improve processes. The acronym stands for Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control. Each phase focuses on identifying issues, gathering data, analyzing root causes, implementing solutions, and maintaining improvements.
In the Define phase, the problem and project goals are outlined. The Measure phase involves collecting relevant data to understand the current process. The Analyze phase identifies the root causes of issues. The Improve phase implements solutions, and the Control phase ensures that improvements are sustained over time.
