Cree Nation
The Cree Nation is one of the largest Indigenous groups in North America, primarily located in Canada. They speak the Cree language, which belongs to the Algonquian language family. The Cree people traditionally lived in the forests and plains, relying on hunting, fishing, and gathering for sustenance.
Today, the Cree Nation is made up of several communities, including the Cree First Nations in provinces like Quebec, Ontario, and Manitoba. They continue to maintain their cultural practices and governance systems while also engaging in modern economic activities, such as resource development and tourism.
