Corkscrew
A corkscrew is a tool used to remove corks from bottles, primarily wine bottles. It typically consists of a metal spiral, known as the worm, attached to a handle. The user inserts the worm into the cork and twists the handle, allowing the spiral to grip the cork and pull it out of the bottle.
Corkscrews come in various designs, including the traditional waiter's corkscrew, the lever corkscrew, and the electric corkscrew. Each type offers different mechanisms for extracting corks, catering to different preferences and ease of use. They are essential for wine enthusiasts and are often found in kitchens and bars.
