Constitutional Court of Serbia
The Constitutional Court of Serbia is an independent judicial body responsible for upholding the Constitution of Serbia. Established in 2006, the court consists of 15 judges appointed for a term of nine years. It plays a crucial role in maintaining the rule of law and democracy in Serbia by addressing issues related to constitutional rights and the legality of government actions.
