Congressional Hispanic Caucus
The Congressional Hispanic Caucus (CHC) is a group of Democratic members of the United States Congress who advocate for issues affecting the Hispanic community. Established in 1976, the CHC aims to promote policies that improve the quality of life for Hispanic Americans and ensure their representation in government.
The caucus focuses on various issues, including education, healthcare, and immigration reform. It also works to increase the number of Hispanic individuals in leadership positions within the government. The CHC collaborates with other organizations and stakeholders to address the needs and concerns of the Hispanic community across the nation.
