Conciliation
Conciliation is a conflict resolution process where a neutral third party, known as a conciliator, helps disputing parties communicate and negotiate to reach a mutually acceptable agreement. This method is often used in various settings, including labor disputes, family issues, and commercial conflicts, to avoid lengthy and costly legal battles.
The conciliator's role is to facilitate dialogue, clarify misunderstandings, and suggest solutions, but they do not impose decisions. This approach encourages cooperation and can lead to more amicable outcomes, preserving relationships between the parties involved, such as in cases of mediation or arbitration.
