Communist insurgency
Communist insurgency refers to a movement where groups seek to overthrow a government using guerrilla warfare and other tactics, often inspired by Marxist ideology. These groups aim to establish a communist state, where the means of production are owned collectively, and wealth is distributed more equally among the population.
Such insurgencies have occurred in various countries, notably during the Cold War, when many nations experienced internal conflicts fueled by ideological differences. Examples include the Vietnam War and the Naxalite movement in India, where insurgents fought against perceived oppression and inequality, often gaining support from marginalized communities.
