Cold Symptoms
Cold symptoms typically include a runny or stuffy nose, sneezing, and a sore throat. Many people also experience a cough, mild headache, and fatigue. These symptoms are caused by viruses, which can spread easily from person to person, especially in crowded places.
In addition to the common symptoms, some individuals may have a low-grade fever or body aches. While colds are usually mild and resolve within a week or two, they can sometimes lead to complications, particularly in those with weakened immune systems or existing health conditions. Staying hydrated and resting can help alleviate symptoms.
