Club Guadalajara
Club Guadalajara, commonly known as Chivas, is a professional football club based in Guadalajara, Mexico. Founded in 1906, it is one of the oldest and most successful teams in Mexican football history. The club is known for its unique policy of only fielding Mexican players, which has contributed to its strong national identity and fan base.
Chivas plays its home games at the Estadio Akron, a modern stadium with a capacity of over 46,000 spectators. The team has won numerous titles, including multiple Liga MX championships, and is recognized for its passionate supporters, known as Chivahermanos.
