Chinese Tennis Association
The Chinese Tennis Association (CTA) is the national governing body for tennis in China. Established in 1954, it oversees the development and promotion of tennis across the country, including organizing tournaments and training programs for players of all levels. The CTA aims to enhance the sport's popularity and improve the performance of Chinese athletes in international competitions.
The association is responsible for managing the national teams and coordinating with international tennis organizations, such as the International Tennis Federation (ITF). It also works to foster grassroots initiatives, encouraging youth participation and building facilities to support the growth of tennis in China.
