Chilean territory
Chilean territory is a long, narrow strip of land located along the western edge of South America. It stretches approximately 4,300 kilometers from north to south, bordered by the Pacific Ocean to the west and the Andes Mountains to the east. The country is divided into 16 regions, each with its own unique geography, climate, and culture.
The northern part of Chile features the Atacama Desert, one of the driest places on Earth, while the central region is known for its fertile valleys and vineyards. In the south, the landscape becomes more rugged, with fjords, glaciers, and the Patagonian region, which is famous for its natural beauty and biodiversity.
