Chilean Armed Forces
The Chilean Armed Forces consist of three main branches: the Chilean Army, the Chilean Navy, and the Chilean Air Force. Their primary role is to defend the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Chile. Each branch has specific responsibilities, with the Army focusing on land operations, the Navy on maritime security, and the Air Force on aerial defense.
The Armed Forces also participate in humanitarian missions and disaster relief efforts, both domestically and internationally. They are involved in peacekeeping operations under the auspices of the United Nations, contributing to global stability and security while enhancing Chile's international relations.
