Chilean Air Force
The Chilean Air Force, known as Fuerza Aérea de Chile (FACh), is the aerial warfare branch of the Chilean Armed Forces. Established in 1930, it is responsible for defending Chile's airspace and supporting national security operations. The air force operates a variety of aircraft, including fighter jets, transport planes, and helicopters.
FACh plays a crucial role in humanitarian missions, disaster relief, and search and rescue operations. It also participates in international peacekeeping efforts and collaborates with other nations' air forces for training and joint exercises, enhancing regional security and cooperation.
