Childcare Worker
A Childcare Worker is a professional who cares for and supervises young children, typically in settings like daycare centers, preschools, or private homes. Their primary responsibilities include ensuring the safety and well-being of children, planning educational activities, and helping with basic needs such as feeding and diapering. They often work with children from infancy to age five.
In addition to direct care, childcare workers also communicate with parents about their child's development and behavior. They may implement learning programs that promote social, emotional, and cognitive skills. Many childcare workers have training in early childhood education and first aid to provide a safe environment for children.
