Charging Levels
Charging levels refer to the different rates at which electric vehicles (EVs) can be charged. There are three main levels: Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3. Level 1 uses a standard household outlet and is the slowest, typically providing about 4-5 miles of range per hour.
Level 2 charging stations are more powerful and can be found in public places or homes, offering around 10-60 miles of range per hour. Level 3, also known as DC fast charging, is the fastest option, allowing for rapid charging that can provide up to 80% battery in about 30 minutes.
