Caproni Ca.5
The Caproni Ca.5 was a heavy bomber aircraft developed by the Italian company Caproni during World War I. It featured a distinctive three-engine design, which allowed it to carry a significant payload of bombs. The aircraft was primarily used for strategic bombing missions and reconnaissance.
First flown in 1917, the Ca.5 was notable for its large wingspan and robust construction. It was equipped with a crew of three and had a top speed of around 120 km/h (75 mph). Although it saw limited production, the Ca.5 contributed to the evolution of bomber aircraft in the early 20th century.
