Cacus
Cacus is a figure from Roman mythology, often depicted as a fire-breathing giant. He is known for stealing cattle from Hercules, a famous hero in Greek and Roman myths. Cacus lived in a cave on the Aventine Hill in Rome and was feared for his strength and ferocity.
In the myth, Hercules tracks down Cacus after discovering that the giant had taken some of his cattle. Cacus tried to deceive Hercules by dragging the cattle into his cave and making them moo in a way that suggested they were still outside. However, Hercules ultimately defeats Cacus, restoring order and reclaiming his stolen cattle.
