CPR Guidelines
CPR Guidelines provide essential steps for performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation effectively. The process begins with checking the scene for safety and assessing the victim's responsiveness. If unresponsive, call for emergency help and start chest compressions at a rate of 100 to 120 compressions per minute, pushing hard and fast in the center of the chest.
After 30 compressions, give two rescue breaths if trained to do so. Continue the cycle of compressions and breaths until emergency services arrive or the person shows signs of life. Remember to use an AED if available, as it can significantly increase the chances of survival.
