Byakko
Byakko is one of the four celestial guardians in East Asian mythology, representing the west and associated with the element of metal. Often depicted as a white tiger, Byakko symbolizes strength, courage, and protection. In various cultures, it is believed to guard against evil spirits and bring good fortune.
In Chinese mythology, Byakko is known as Baihu, and it is one of the Four Symbols, which also include Seiryu (the Azure Dragon), Zhuque (the Vermilion Bird), and Xuanwu (the Black Tortoise). Byakko is often featured in art and literature, embodying the qualities of a fierce protector and a noble creature.
