Buddhist sangha
The term "Buddhist sangha" refers to the community of individuals who practice Buddhism. It traditionally includes monks, nuns, and laypeople who come together to support each other in their spiritual journey. The sangha plays a crucial role in preserving and transmitting the teachings of the Buddha, known as the Dharma.
In addition to providing spiritual guidance, the sangha fosters a sense of belonging and mutual support among its members. It serves as a space for meditation, learning, and sharing experiences, helping individuals deepen their understanding of Buddhism and cultivate compassion and mindfulness in their daily lives.
