Buddhist Teachings
Buddhist teachings are based on the principles established by Siddhartha Gautama, known as the Buddha, who lived over 2,500 years ago. Central to these teachings is the concept of the Four Noble Truths, which outline the nature of suffering, its cause, the possibility of its cessation, and the path leading to the end of suffering.
The Eightfold Path is a key aspect of Buddhist practice, providing guidelines for ethical conduct, mental discipline, and wisdom. This path includes right understanding, right intention, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, and right concentration, all aimed at achieving enlightenment and liberation from the cycle of rebirth.
