Brain Hemispheres
The human brain is divided into two halves, known as the left hemisphere and the right hemisphere. Each hemisphere is responsible for different functions. The left hemisphere typically handles tasks related to language, logic, and analytical thinking, while the right hemisphere is more involved in creativity, intuition, and spatial awareness.
These hemispheres communicate through a bundle of nerve fibers called the corpus callosum. This connection allows for coordination between the two sides, enabling a balanced approach to processing information. Understanding the roles of each hemisphere can help in recognizing how various cognitive functions are managed in the brain.
