Bosco Verticale
Bosco Verticale, or Vertical Forest, is a pair of residential towers located in Milan, Italy. Designed by architect Stefano Boeri, these buildings feature over 9,000 trees, 20,000 shrubs, and 14,000 plants, creating a unique vertical garden. The towers stand at 80 and 112 meters tall and are designed to improve air quality and promote biodiversity in urban areas.
Completed in 2014, Bosco Verticale has received numerous awards for its innovative design and sustainability. The project aims to combat urban pollution and enhance the living environment for residents. It serves as a model for future green architecture in cities worldwide.
