Bolesław III Krzywousty
Bolesław III Krzywousty, also known as Bolesław the Wrymouth, was a Polish prince born in 1086. He became the Duke of Poland in 1107 and ruled until his death in 1138. Bolesław is known for his efforts to consolidate and strengthen the Polish state, expanding its territories and influence during his reign.
He was a member of the Piast dynasty and played a significant role in the political landscape of medieval Europe. Bolesław III is also remembered for his military campaigns against neighboring states and for establishing a system of succession that aimed to maintain stability in Poland after his death.
