Bocskai István
Bocskai István was a significant figure in Hungarian history, born in 1557. He is best known for leading the Hungarian uprising against Habsburg rule in the early 17th century. Bocskai became the Prince of Transylvania and played a crucial role in the struggle for Hungarian independence, advocating for religious freedom and the rights of the Hungarian nobility.
