Bobsleigh and Skeleton
Bobsleigh and Skeleton are winter sliding sports that take place on a narrow, twisting track made of ice. In bobsleigh, teams of two or four athletes push a sled, jump in, and race down the track, navigating turns at high speeds. The goal is to complete the course in the shortest time possible.
In skeleton, athletes race down the track head-first on a small sled. Each competitor makes a solo run, using their body to steer and control the sled. Both sports require precision, speed, and teamwork, and they are featured in the Winter Olympics.
