Bobby Kennedy
Bobby Kennedy, formally known as Robert F. Kennedy, was an American politician and lawyer born on November 20, 1925. He served as the United States Attorney General from 1961 to 1964 under his brother, President John F. Kennedy. Bobby was a prominent advocate for civil rights and social justice during the turbulent 1960s.
In addition to his role as Attorney General, Bobby Kennedy was elected as a U.S. Senator from New York in 1965. He campaigned for the presidency in 1968 but was assassinated on June 5, 1968, shortly after delivering a victory speech in Los Angeles. His legacy continues to influence American politics and social movements.
