Billiard Table
A billiard table is a rectangular table covered with a smooth cloth, typically made of wool or nylon, and has raised edges called cushions. It is used for playing various cue sports, including pool, snooker, and carom. The table features six pockets, one at each corner and one in the middle of each long side, where balls can be pocketed during gameplay.
The standard size of a billiard table varies, with common dimensions being 7, 8, or 9 feet in length. Players use a long stick called a cue to strike the balls, aiming to score points by sinking them into the pockets or achieving specific game objectives.
