Bediüzzaman
Bediüzzaman, whose full name is Said Nursi, was a prominent Turkish Islamic scholar and theologian born in 1878. He is best known for his work, the Risale-i Nur, a collection of writings that aim to explain and interpret the teachings of Islam in a modern context. His ideas emphasize the importance of faith, reason, and spirituality.
Throughout his life, Bediüzzaman faced political challenges, including imprisonment and exile, due to his opposition to secularism and his advocacy for religious education.
