Battle of Mohács
The Battle of Mohács took place on August 29, 1526, between the forces of the Kingdom of Hungary and the Ottoman Empire. The battle was a significant conflict during the Ottoman expansion into Europe, resulting in a decisive victory for the Ottomans led by Sultan Süleyman the Magnificent.
