Baseball Batting
Baseball batting is the act of hitting a pitched ball with a baseball bat. The goal is to make contact with the ball to either get on base or advance runners. Batters stand in a designated area called the batter's box and face the pitcher, who throws the ball towards them.
To successfully hit the ball, batters use various techniques, including stance, grip, and swing mechanics. A good swing involves rotating the hips and shoulders while keeping the eyes on the ball. Batters aim to hit the ball into the field to maximize their chances of reaching base or scoring runs.
